Connections for Success Youth Leadership Program

This is a partnership with the Montgomery Co. Juvenile Courts, Detention and Probation to provide positive relationships and opportunities, leadership, advocacy,workforce programs, internships and other supportive services to youth and young adults involved in the juvenile justice system or who are at risk of continued court involvement.

Through community partnerships with

business leaders, organizations, and

providers we work to reduce recidivism,

provide healthy accountability, and create

a safe space for young men and young

ladies to explore, learn, develop and take a positive active role in creating their futures. 

​

Our focus is within West Dayton, but no

youth will be turned away from participating in this program, based on residency.

and young adults who are contributing

adults who are considered at-risk for failure be at-risk for SUCCESS.
